I have made a thorough investigation into all these things, and studied and pondered over all these things, that I may go before the world, and point to my heart, and say, "Certainly this heart sits in a network of hearts; certainly this heart is nothing on its own." And thus by merely being in this world, what is in my heart is in the world, and what is inner is a reflection of what is outer; and there can be no other way. And the prophet William Blake and I often dream together, so that we are dreaming the same dreams, trapped together in a dream; and he often says to me, "Thou art not the people’s savior; thou art the people’s murderer; and thou wilt murder the world with thy words."
